1 Eligibility & Agreement

2 Account Registration & Verification

• One per person only — One Account Permitted.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity or believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may require a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Delays in submitting documents may hold up payment processing.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

BV Casino supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum daily deposit: Subject to personal limits, generally ৳50,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to process.

Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted and constitute a violation of our anti-money laundering policy.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Terms

BV Casino allows you to withdraw your winnings quickly and securely. However, withdrawals may be put on hold if certain conditions have not been met.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• To make a withdrawal, you must have placed bets equal to or greater than the amount deposited.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.
• Wagering must be completed before any withdrawal from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals involving suspicious transactions may be held under review for up to 72 hours.

Withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Using a different method may require additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• A player may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules & Result Determination

All betting decisions at BV Casino are final. However, BV Casino reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts resulting from technical errors.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If results are displayed incorrectly, BV Casino will investigate and make the necessary corrections.
• Odds may change during live betting due to display latency.
• The platform reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

7 Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BV Casino platform:

• Fraudulent activity or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using another person's payment details to conduct transactions.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Collaborative betting or match-fixing with other players.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity on the platform.
